Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

As from the 4th of January 2009, under the European Building Directive all residential properties in Scotland are now required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in place at the time of new tenancy or sale. The energy performance legislation was brought into force to help tackle rising emissions from households throughout Europe.

SDA Energy Management are one of the largest supplier of Domestic EPC's in the West of Scotland. We currently work for Councils, Housing Associations and Property Management Agencies throughout the Glasgow and surrounding area. All clients will usually be issued with their EPC on the same day as the survey.
